Rota Grids Offset

Hey guys,

I'm no good in the offset department so that's why I'm here to ask a few question.

Currently, I have an evo 8 with a set of 18x9.5 ET22 Rota Grids. I told my sister a few months back to go parallel park the car and by the name of the holy grail, she managed to entirely wreck not only one but two wheels. So I've been on the market looking for another set and I think I might have just found a proper set. Everything matches except for the offset.

The gentlemen I know is selling two rota grids in 38mm offset and I think I might just put them in the back. How do you think that would fair with my 22mm offset in the front? How would it look? Or should I switch it?

For clarity, a high offset means the wheel will be "sunken" into the brakes more right? Thanks.

the wheel is not going to be as concave as the front ones, but as long as they clear the brakes they will be fine

If it doesn't clear, there are always spacers.

hi all,

yeah i think i will need to get 15mm spacers in the back since the offset in the back will "sink" the wheels in more than what I want. thanks for the info guys!
