Used rotors; Had them resurfaced; wheel shake again; ditch?

So when I bought my car the stock rotors were on but the owner gave me a set of after market rotors. When I put them on the car my steering wheel shook when braking so I took them off and got them resurfaced at a shop.

They're making my wheel shake when braking again and they haven't been put through any particular stresses. Is there just a problem with the rotors and I should just ditch them?

Sounds like a very cheap rotor. Ditch them.
