Difference between USA evo 9 mr and evo 8 mr suspension

Difference between USA evo 9 mr and evo 8 mr suspension
Are there any differences between the USA non ayc evo 8/9 mr shocks and springs? I searched and read that there were some differences for the ayc cars but what about the USA cars? Are they identical in valving and spring rate and height?

Afaik U.S model 8 & 9 MRs came with the same bilstein suspension set up from the factory.

Yes you can use the bilsteins on Evo 7-9. All the same chassis and suspension design. May even work for other models like Evo 4-6 but I am not sure.

I believe USDM 8 and 9 MR are identical. JDM 9 is minimally lower in the rear than JDM 8.
