Rear hub bearing questions
Hi guys
A few questions about doing rear hub bearing.
1. Parking brake sensor seems straightforward just disconnect it, anything I might not know I should know?
2. When removing the hub assembly, is it safe to use a 3 jaw gear puller and attach it and use the axle as the opposing force
. I am concerned this method could damage the axle and gears. Or am I better of buying one of those slide hammer tools.
3. I was supplied with one of these for my rear. With the front assembly, they gave me the whole assembly including the part that has the wheel studs. How do I separate the old bearing assembly from the part that has the wheel studs (don't know what it's called).
