There is a reason the nto3 was recommended. It comes in 10.5 +30 offset.

That would work as long as the front spacer is reasonable.

I made these for a veteran just coming back from Kuwait (IIRC) but we ended up needing to go thicker. So I was just going to use them but decided to toss in with the last batch of anodizing cause I hadnt met my min lot (so it was basically free to do). And anodized spacers are always cooler than raw!

That's all the surface area needed? Probably helps with cooling?

The backside of the wheel is cored out so really this is all that touches the brake anyway.

No spacer necessary, assuming you're running a short enough spring up front for clearance! Just a heads up to anyone interested in that size/offset of wheel.

So finally had a chance to get on the track with my new 10" wheels and they rubbed on the rear lower trailing arms :P Both the tires and the inner barrel.

There was a noticeable amount of added grip and also it appeared that for some reason the 275 RE's didn't wear as bad as my 255 RE's? Maybe it was just because the weather was very cool today and tire temps were down 10+ degrees?

Another issue I had was completely blowing out my front passenger side KW V3 damper. It literally assploded and dumped so much oil that it looked like I blew my motor :O The drivers side rear was already blown out and leaking after my first track day so I think I'll be giving these away for basically free if anyone is interested in having them rebuilt.

On a positive note I ran my fastest time ever on my very last lap of the day with busted *** suspension :P Really looking forward to getting Dallas's whole catalog of parts with my Ohlins on the car for the next event!

1. What offset and brand of wheel?
2. You are brave doing a track day with a blown shock. I'd fear for my life.
3. Larger tire + lower ambient temps = less net heat and less wear. Makes sense.
4. Nobody rebuilds V3s, that I know of. Hopefully you're not stuck with them.
5. Sorry to hear the other shock died. Good luck getting her fixed up!

1. Enkei RPF1's 18x10 +38 (had to edit my previous post since I put 10.5 on accident :P)
2. The rear has been leaking badly since the first track day we did on them. I'm on my 4th track day now with this set of V3's. The front is worse though as the rear's just been leaking and the front looks like it puked its guts out but we ran all 3 more sessions after the major blow out.
3. Yeah, kinda figured that was it
4. Only person I could find to rebuild these V3's was KW but they do not offer re valving for firmer spring rates
5. Thx, have a set of revalved Ohlins sitting at my desk just waiting on my swift springs and Dallas's uprights & trailing arms to arrive to put it all on!

Also, forgot to mention that my EVO X caliper slightly rubbed on the inside of my drivers side barrel. I'll post pics of it when I swap out the suspension.
