Which Vendor to Buy Ohlins From? And Lugnut Question

Hey guys, a few weeks ago I picked up a 2005 RS from a state over. While everything was there the car needed some work and I've slowly been getting it fixed up for use as a street/trackday car.

Anyways I've seen that the R&T coilovers Ohlins supplies are apparently the best of the cheapish units but that the spring rates aren't ideal. Which vendors will honor a request to sell them with heavier springs? I read in a thread that they do that but no names were given.
Also, I recently purchased a set of 18x9.5 RPF1s from a user here and on my NC I had to get smaller diameter lugnuts for the 17s I had on it. The previous owner of the car installed ARP studs on all 4 corners, does anyone happen to know a steel lugnut thats long and narrow enough to fit them?

Your RPF1s requires tuner style lug nuts in 12x1.5 size. Tuner style lugs have a 60 degree conical shape where the lug meets the mating surface. Edit. Don't forget to get tuner style wheel locks for peace of mind.
