Anybody installed one? Does it make any difference?

I can't shed much light on the Weapon R piece but I can offer you some advice.

what kind of torque damper is that? did you connect it with strut bar?

I have the Cusco triangulated strut bar with the integrated master cylinder brace and it did make a difference in stiffening up the brake pedal under braking. Just another option to consider.
