I have had the Toyo Proxes 4 on my car for about 20k and have ran one winter on them. I think they do great.

Seconded, they're probably about as good as it gets for a tire that can handle snow and still handle pretty well when it's dry and warm.

i have the Kumho ECSTA ASX and they have worked great. i took them into the mountains (lots of snow and ice) last winter and have even autocrossed on them this summer. great price too at 90 bucks a pop!

The sidewalls on the ASX aren't stiff enough for higher horsepower AWD cars IMO. They're good tires, but not as good as the Proxes 4 or Contiextreme Contacts.

I have run the Falken Zeix's they work well in the elements

Ya it wasnt great when i autocrossed with them (lots o tire pressure!) i still came in third though!

I am running cooper Zeons now. I had hankook ventus tires, they actually did very well, but the sidewall was a bit soft.

I will vote for the Continental Extreme Contact as an excellent winter all season tire. It has served me well for 2 winters and got me through some big time snow storms.
