Rotating tires question...

Anyone know the proper torque to put on the lug nuts after rotating them?

from TSB-03-35-002:
"Use a torque wrench to tighten the wheel nuts evenly to 98 +/- 10 Nm (73 +/- 7 ft/lb) in diagonal order."

I do mine at 70 ft/lbs.
