Fat tire-low offset guru's!!!!!

so i just put on my work cr kai's that are 17x9 +17 offset with azenis 255's...the rears slightly rub under hard driving...so i rolled the rears and slightly pulled them but still rubbing

I am on stock evo 8 struts/springs, i dont care about going lower but I need a stiffer set up...any suggestions??

Get different wheels. The stock wheels are 17x8 +38 and you put a 17x9 +17 on there. They stick out an extra 1.3 inches, so you have to find a way to get an extra 1.3 inches out of your fender or you have to get wheels that fit. The only other thing you could do is run an absurd amount of rear camber, but that will hurt handling, looks, and tire wear.

lots of rolling man, lots of rolling. +17 is pretty insane for rear offset - i run (after spacer) +15 in front, +40 rear just so I could avoid dealing w/ rear fender issues.

Do you have pics of your rolling job on your comp? may be helpful to post them up so we can see if you have any more room to expand.

I put the MR suspension hardware on my '03 Evo. It's actually a tad softer. But the Biltsteins have a quicker piston speed (if I recall correctly). The ride is better than the stock KYB's but the handling is still spot on (for an OEM equipped car). One thing to watch out for though is a tad more body roll on the MR hardware. That would probably worsen the problem you're dealing with right now.
