What PSI for 255's?

Hey Folks, just been running my 255's on my stock rims for the past two weeks now, curious to what everyone is running PSI wise. I am running 32 front, 30 rear which is basically the same I was using for the 235's. The sidewalls though look like there would be too much flex at this tire pressure, there is like a curve in the sidewall that I didn't used to have on the 235's. Common sense says why, but is more PSI rquired to get better handling? Daily driven street machine here, have not been to the track in a while, so I am going with a good street PSI. So what are you running? How is the ride? How does it handle?

What tires are you running?
It may look low if your tires has soft sidewalls.

I would increase your tire pressure personally, but it all depends on the tire sidewall, driver, car setup, driving conditions, roads, etc. Experiment with different pressures and find the combo that fits you best. I personally run 38F/35R on the street and 45F/43R for auto-x.

can you explain your numbers???? I know the more psi the less rotating resistance.

The Post

Well, I have bumped up Tire Pressure to 34 front, 32 Rear, made a really big difference, so much so, I will leave alone here. I think running anymore will make the car hop like a cement truck on the crapy roads in my area. Its amazing how 2 psi all around can make such a difference.
