how to get a bilstein strut tube!!!!!! bilstein= no go
 
bilstein has been jerking me around for the last month since my struts have been there. on needs a strut tube so im going to replace both just... because they are sub $40. however bilstein cannot get them... what do i do.. who may have one.. iam having no luck finding one used.{thumbdwn}

PM me if you are successful finding them at sub $40 That's a good price. I would buy some just to have them around.

PS part of the problem is the Evo Bilsteins are made under license of Bilstein in Japan if I'm not mistaken. look for stamp or sticker of origin. not 100% sure just trivia

This is not a WTB forum. Search the used parts area for any that pop up and contact all vendors (GTWorx, Robi, and TireRack).

im asking who would have the specific part. its like anyone else asking i need this clip that goes with a set of parts i can get at the dealer. any way i can get just the clip.. and from whom can i get the part from.... same thing.

And a strut tube will never show up for sale.
(just the silverpart... the strut tube, not a full strut.)

I doubt you will ever find just that here. Your best bet is to get one used strut and rebuild that to match.
