25mm vs 35 mm offset 17x9

I currently have a set of 17x9 35mm offset 5Zigen wheels. I have ordered a new set of 17x9 wheels with 25mm offset.

My car is lowered on coilovers. My question is, will the 25mm offset wheels stick out further than the 35mm offset wheels? If so, is it just the difference of the two which would be 10mm?
