heres an update for those interested. this is an email i just got from veilside after i asked to be informed when the price was released.
Thank you for your inquiry, a price will not be released until the kit is ready to be sold. At this time the patents, legal paperwork, copyrights, and mold are still on going. Pricing will be released once this is all completed and then preorders can be taken. We have imported a carbon fiber version to be fitted onto the Pepsi give away Evo's and will find out if there are any problems. Based on the information we have recieved from Mitsubishi, the bumpers should be the same.

cool ! i like the fact that the jdm short rear bumper will fit usdm evo viii without modifications. thats kinda rare. most japanese body kits rear bumpers have to be cut to fit usdm cars because the jdm doesnt have to have the crash bar back there and we do so that screws up the size of the rear bumper. veilside got info from mits that leads them to beleive it will fit perfect. YAY FOR US huh !

Just to give guys an idea of the pricing for this kit. Veilside Japan price listing:
Front Lip Spoiler 58,000 yen
Side Steps Fiberglass 68,000 yen (pr)
Side Steps Carbon Fiber 78,000 yen (pr)
Rear lip Spoiler 48,000 yen
Rear Wing Fiberglass 98,000 yen
Rear Wing Carbon Fiber 108,000 yen
Conversion is about 115 yen to 1 dollar.

so iguess that would put the carbon fiber side steps at around $680, the front lip $505, the fiberglass side steps $592, the rear lip at $418, the rear wing (fiberglass) $853 and the cf wing $940 without shipping costs ! thats cool considering the quality.

yes, but its hand laid premium fiberglass that will last forever and always look beatiful ! PRICELESS. i will be selling it less than that. just gotta get my prices together

Anyone know if the EVO and the Lancer trunk are the same width? I'd be surprised if they weren't. Anyways If so I'm down for that wing. Veilside Kicks!
