That is correct. Once shipment arrives, we will contact you to make sure we're good to charge the other half prior to shipping.

You can still ship it by regular mail. Ive had many rims sent to me overseas when I was over there.

Also, they dont have a rim with a greater offset to fit evo's? Its not beneficial to buy these and run with spacers at the same time.
