We got our hands on our 1st FP Black for the Evo X when our customer Eric decided he wanted more than a Red.. With a very nice list of bolt ons we have suggested over the last few months the combination is finally coming together.. The car is making good power on 93oct for not even having cams installed.. It was very hot today during the tune and we didnt push the limits on it either as this customer likes to run his car pretty hard.. The Peak power was made on 26psi.. The heat was a factor today for sure.. We will be doing cams shortly and i think we will make some nice gains..

Here is an overlay of a similarly equipped RED we did.. Pretty much equal mods for the most part no Cams in either car.. As far as temps each day i dont have the info but we have weather correction.. Something interesting to note here is that Black on this car actually spools faster than the Red..

Hmmm, interesting, for sure needs more stuff to support the black, cams would be nice. Interesting on the spool, but still solid numbers for 93 oct. Room to grow for sure

These FP Black's look like they will be getting the X's in the 450-500 awhp without throwing a pile of money at the car.

We did near 475 on Red with Built motor, Head and Cams.. The black would have made over 500 on pump on that car.. Thats pretty sick..

yeah on Pump no problem to 450 with cams.. 500+ on E85 easily without cams..

I am guessing this is like 25psi or so?

Do you have a boost plot? This must be spooling by like 4-4.2k I am guessing.

Boost is listed in original Post.. it was 26psi.. We dont have boost plot on this dyno sheet sorry.. We had issues with the Dyno Stack and swapped to a 2nd unit without logging..

Nice one malaka..Wow finally someone tests out the black does the pump on the X only good for 500 whp??And what was the temp on the dyno??Was that why there was a dip in the power band at 6,700 rpms??
