what kind of dyno? is there a baseline, i would've thought you would've easily made 400+ on the ef3 AND cams? maybe the 2012's really are down on power, makes me wonder as i have a 2012 as well, i was gonna go ef2 on stock cams and was hopeing to make 380+ and i'm starting to think that that won't happen.

Keep in mind it's on 91 which according to Cali tuners severely limits the tuning on these cars.

Also no baseline as it wouldn't have been accurate anyway since i had previous mods and had installed the turbo prior to the tune. Also this is the corrected figure -- it was run on a Dyno Dynamics which i believe reads really low...their dyno showed 330hp. Corrected it is 388 which i'm happy with. We will see how it does once i get the 100 octane tune.

uhhhhhh, not sure about that one. An EF3 with mild cams should hit 500 (OK 440 on that DD).
Can you post a boost plot? And who is HG Motorsports??

Tuner specifically tuned this conservatively as well -- i'm more concerned with reliability than an extra 10-20hp. She has a lot more in her especially if I stretch ou the RPM another 1000 once i get some upgrades for the engine. Post up your results and maybe hit me up -- i'm curious what you put down as well.

I will try to get a boost plot from the tuner. HG is a new shop opened up Near La Jolla. This is a new location but they been at this a while, mainly around Euro cars but have been building a good Evo background as well. The tuner Alain has over 5+ yrs experience.

I will post up a more through review of them once I get a chance to test out the car completely.

Is this 440 on 91? That would be fantastic.

Nice numbers man! you got a nice turbo there, but why not look into running e85? we currently have about 3 or 4 stations in san diego county both north and south county.

E85 is not easy to get to around where i am (Carlsbad). I don't want to have to worry about finding a gas station that has it.

Ill tune for 100 Octane as soon as do a few other things.

i believe this station may be somewhat local to you:

Bressi Ranch Shell (via Pearson Fuels)
2741 Gateway Rd
Carlsbad, CA 92009
760-438-3656
View Map
www.pearsonfuels.com

but, i guess your right. luckily, if im on the corn and somehow run out of fuel, i always carry my handheld so i can flash back to my pump tune just for the very reason of e85 availability.

This is true! Cali 91pisstane is crap!! These are pretty good #'s from what i've seen in Cali for ef and fp turbo set ups... I also settled on a moderate tune @ 387whp @ 25psi on 91 since I dont wanna go BOOM for 30-40hp...

People are right...There is alot of other builds out there pushing more power w/ these mods but not on Cali's 91oct.... I've seen some push from 410-425 but w/ different cams and not too sure how aggressive the tune was...

.
It should be out by the end of next week but i am reluctant to post anything for the fact that i am gunning for reliability not to be an forum hero with 500whp. Motor number 2 will be my last.
