2010 Evo X - BBX full - Tuned by Chris@Moore automotive on 93

Let me tell you guys about my experience with the crew at Moore Automotive yesterday! It's very rare when you go to a business and feel 100% satisfied when you walk out their doors. It's even more rare that the guy who's tuning your car will stay until 9pm after getting there at 8am to make sure your car is performing at the best level it can be. Chris was the first one at the shop in the morning and the last one there when I left.

My previous tune was with a shop that was awesome and I honestly didn't think my great experience could be matched...well I was wrong. Anyone out there who wants a professional yet laid back environment with a shop that has talent like Chris and the rest of the crew...then go to VA and see Moore Automotive.

My results were 451/339 @28 psi on pump gas.

Mods are:
BBX full
Moore auto 3.5" intake
MAP o2 dump
MAP test pipe
Perrin tbe
ID1000's
Dw65c
ETS 4" fmic
MAP uicp/licp
Cobb recirc bov
GS 3 port
Stock cams

I will be going back to Chris@Moore in the spring for cams and E85!

Nice #'s. I am tuned by Chris @ Moore as well and you're right they rock. Nothing but good things to say about them.

20psi @ 3500rpm, great spool, and great power curve.

Was torque kept low for reliability?

Nice numbers! That's where I got my tune also. Moore is by far the best shop I've been to throughout my years in messing with cars.

Nice tune. Is this with the ball bearing version? This run was in 3rd gear or 4th gear? Thanks.

Thank you. Yea on my Evo 8 I have an fp red setup and I'm having a really hard time deciding whether i like the red or the bbx better. Also having a tough time deciding whether I like my 8 or X better in general too lol. I've had my 8 for about 6 years and my X for about 2 years and I think newer technology in the X and more convienance features are winning me over.

^ I miss my old 8. Had an old 3071 setup in mine , and it flew like a go kart. Perhaps once I decide on my turbo selection just maybe my X will be up there in performance, but for now she really is a heavy pig compared to my previous 8. Currently deciding between what you have the Full, or the GTX 3076. Staying lazy while debating. Enjoy bud.

Would also like to know this.

Looking into this turbo, are you happy with the power/response?

Stuck between the BBX Lite and Full... decision, decisions.

I'm very happy with the response. I'm making 20psi by 3.5k rpms...that's pretty good imo. BBX full has surely impressed me.
