2011 EvoX GSR SST EFR8374 External\Wg 585WHP

Guys from RealPerfomance ( Moscow) build this car with specs:
1. 2.0 engine with stock sleeves
2. BW EFR 8374 1.05 turbo with 2 external Wastegates
3. 3" exhaust with Invidia Q300 catback
4. Manley H-beam rods
5. Mahle pistons
6. Kelford 214-B cams
7. ID 2000cc injectors
8. Custom fuel system
9. 102mm intake from air filter to turbo
10. 3.5" ETS intercooler
11. Omni4bar MAP sensor
12. Stock ECU
13. 98 octane

The main quetions was - will the clutch be able to withstand a design horsepower ?!?! And the guys brought the gearbox to us .... Then we fixed problem with sensor of one of shift forks like this :

And made custom durable 5disc clutches with heavy steel plates:

Then they mounted gearbox in the car and took her on a superflow dyno ..

On the dyno , the car showed on 4th gear this:

But when it came to gear shift , the clutch sliped ....
Again the guys took the gearbox and brought it to us. Then we made custom 6 disc clutches. It looks like this

Then they again go to the dyno and try it and that's what happened:
Sport mode inside
Sport mode outside
S-sport mode inside
S-sport mode outside

P.S. Now the clutches can easily handle this power and soon we will try to add horsepower and torque to get to know her limit

Not in the kitchen of course ))) We made steel plates and tune clutch hub in the factory . For our clutches we use oem friction plates , or aftermarket frictions plates ..
That's the magic ))
