AMR Engineering Built 2008 Evo X MR TCX6776 424/308 26psi 92 Octane

To my surprise this virtual dyno sheet matched my dynojet pull within 3whp, and 5 torque. Only real difference I see is the spool. I spooled about 200rpm sooner than what the graph shows. What I like about this graph is it includes a boost plot which I was unable to include with my dynojet printout. My dynojet dyno sheet only shows air fuel. The modified stock frame turbo I sized up for my MR worked out perfectly. No the power is not crazy, it was not the point of this build. I built this so I could get the power curve I wanted while pushing the MR tranny to a reasonable torque limit. Also I wanted the torque to hold as much as possible to redline. What is the use of all that torque only to hit it for a few hundred rpm and then have it drop like a rock like I have seen many times before with the stocker, and some other modified stock frame turbos. So for 26psi, 92 octane, stock cams, I am more than happy with this. With a lil more boost, and/or cams 450-475whp, 350+ torque no sweat. Enough power for a stock MR tranny, and stock block with a lil room to grow. The ID1000 are at about 85% duty cycle, and 3.5 intake is at 4.7 volts. I am running a walbro 450. So this turbo on pump I have maximized everything well with the combination of parts I used. No need for e85, what more power do I really need till I upgrade the clutches? Me, not much more. I gotta be realistic, and I build my car to drive it everyday. Money ain't growing on trees over here.

Just wanted to share my results. Mods in the sig.

The head is built with GSC valvetrain, and upgraded valves of course. I rev it till it stops making power, which is about 8k for this setup. Really no use revving it anymore than that. 8k is reasonable, I don't drive this car hard, nor is it tuned aggressively for me to worry too much about it. I only rev past 8k on the dyno when tuning. I'm not a least bit worried about the bottom end.

Stock Cams. I would be well over 450whp with some GSC 2 cams. I just upgraded the valvetrain so I could rev it a bit higher with some peace of mind. Not really looking into upgrading the cams, unless a super good deal comes along. I'm more than happy with the power I made on 92 octane. The power is more than enough for now for the stock clutch packs.
