Definitely love the power...felt like a dumb *** when I wasn't sure if I can make it to E85 station and filled with 91 too early. Noob mistake. Lol

And to make sure I know what the fuel I have in the tank, I'm ordering an Innovate Motorsports 3904 MTX-D: Ethanol Content % & Fuel Temp Complete Gauge Kit. I'm just not convinced of the quality. On the other hand, I don't want to spend $100 to assemble one and have lots of issues tinkering to make it work right. What are your thoughts on this gadget?

I'm not familiar with it to be honest.

Same boost, both E54. 400rpm loss down low for roughly 100whp gain by 7500rpm.

Do you have a picture of the MAP manifold collector areas?
And how did you refuel with E54? Did you completely drwin your tank?

I'm sure there's some on the MAP website
https://www.maperformance.com/produc...08-2014-evo-10

And E54 is the only ethanol fuel we can get from the pump in AZ. A bill passed last in September of 2016 stating E85 would be changed to E54.

For monitoring the ethanol % im using the flex converter blue flex kit with the app. The flex sensor has a blue tooth signal wired into it so I can log the ethanol % and view it from my phone

Currently what's in the car as of right now. Blue flex app is great, eliminates the need for another gauge. My only gripe with it is the app only works on a droid, and all I've ever owned is iPhones. My fiancé had an old Samsung galaxy that I'm using.

The reason I asked is because I was wondering what your fuel was during the tune. For me, tuner left some 91 Oct and filled up with E85. I doubt they topped it off, so I think it's even less than E70. This gives me comfort that my E85 tune has a good cushion in case I refuel fron 91 too early. As for refueling 91 too early, I got a complaint on my first fill up.
I won't do that again!

How much 91 was left in the tank when E85 was put in it?

Look at post #13 on this older thread of mine, razorlab posted a sweet E85/pump gas mixture table that is really helpful. Should help get you an idea of what E% your car was at when it was tuned for ethanol

Keep an eye on your wideband when you start running higher content ethanol.

I'm just buying it now. I'll probably pull my manifold in a few weeks to have a shop weld the bungs on 3rd and 4th cylinders. Does it need to be a certain distance away from flange?
