Evo X - Built Motor/GTX3076r -- How to make more power?
Hi guys,
I cracked piston 4 back in January 2017 @ 40k miles on my 2010 GSR. I ended up doing drop in pistons, rods, bearings (I had the block honed) and I did a built head as well with kelford 252 cams, springs, valves, retainers, head studs, etc...
I have work wheels coming very soon (its been 11 weeks) Work XSA04C 18x10.5 and broadway suspension w/ upgraded spring (swift) and 14k spring rate (4 weeks) so both should be here any day now...
I have the following mods:

...might be missing some parts?
I need to do a fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, map sensor, bigger fuel pump... what else do I need to do? I feel like I should be making mid to high 4's on pump (93)... im going to get tuned on e85 shortly, the problem is Connecticut has 2-3 gas stations with e85 @ the pump... so its a real pain in the @$$ because the closest one is an hour away, I should make 500whp on e85 Im hoping... I also have a driven fab catch can thats I ordered 16 weeks ago and still isnt here yet...
Any advice would be appreciated! I wouldve went with a t3 manifold and a PTE6262 turbo if I knew thats the route I was going to take. I never intended on blowing the motor so building it was my decision as I was already forced to replace it, might as well upgrade right? Then I got the turbo after the motor was built...then I got the manifold after I realized it had a crack in the stock one when I was breaking in the motor before getting protuned...so thats why I went stock location route...
Any advice is appreciated!

No need for fuel rail or a regulator. Change the fuel pump out for an Asnu 330 and you should be good.

500ish on E85 with proper wiring.

450whp should be easy with 93 octane. Your going to have to turn up the boost, and that isn't a risky path given your turbo and built block. I should mention that I actually noticed a LOG verified difference in Mobile 1 93 octane and "random" 93 octane. So if your looking to push the limits on pump gas, my experience has been that you'll get less knock on Mobile 1 gas station 93.

-Curt Brown Ported intake mani with oem Eclipse V6 throttle body
-aluminum driveshaft or carbon !
people don't agree on the cost but all of this produce gains.

Boost is required to make real power when your working with a measly 2.0 liters. Your tune of 22psi is a joke for that turbo and that block you have. At that boost you likely making 400hp at the CRANK (based on rough calcs).

The only two I filled with were Sunoco and Mobil. The Mobil definitely was better in some way (not sure if some additive, less/more ethanol, or more pure and therefore closer to the true rating) and I saw reduced knock. I verified it twice to make sure I wasn't jumping to conclusions. I never looked back and only fill with Mobil 93. On a bastard 20g GTX style 11 blade with a 9 blade TD05h I am making 182hp more at the wheels than stock on Mobil 93. We are lucky to have it available.

Honestly I would try and tune what you have. Your current fuel pump is good to go on 93:
http://www.superstreetonline.com/how...ootout-part-2/
The 2 E85 gas stations are over an hour an away from you! I would ditch the E85 idea.
I would take the car to Kaizen and have Rob tune the hell out of it with Mobil 93.
I am not sure why your going absolutely bonkers with fuel components.
If your doing road/race and worried about fuel starvation; I understand that.
Otherwise, why not see where you can go with what you have !?
I think you could make over 500 at the wheels at least with your setup.

It was a break in tune, he just built the motor and I knew I was coming back for a e85 map so we kept the pump 93 map conservative. I will be getting it retuned in the next few weeks and I will let you know what numbers it makes!
