2015 FE #290 - Bolt on's, GTX3071R, Flex Fuel - Dynapack

I've read a lot of great threads on here and finally pieced together my ride. e_kobz dyno thread was a good influence on me for spending money along with some others that I've read.

Below is a link to my bone stock baseline runs:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...stock-run.html

Here is a list of what I've done since then:

Driven Fab flex fuel kit
Driven Fab Catch/Coolant Can
RRE 3 port boost controller
Forge Intake Pressure Compensation Valve
ASNU fuel pump
ID1300X injectors
CBRD 3.5" Intake
Torque solutions Intake & Throttle Body gaskets
MAP Cast manifold
Garrett GTX3071R
Megan Racing 3" Exhaust
3" Test Pipe
DEPO Cast Downpipe
Upper & Lower IC piping (Wrapped in DEI heat wrap)
4" Intercooler
Tial QR BOV
Boost Resource Manifold & Turbo Blankets
and the mod that makes the most power - WTF 2-piece undertray
Stock long block

The Green line represents pump ACN 91 (375 HP, 319 TQ)
The Blue line represents E54 (450 HP, 365ish TQ)
The Orange line represents E90 (497 HP, 431 TQ)

Apparently my ASNU pump was getting stressed out on the E90 run.

All tuning credit goes to Tony at UMS Tuning in Mesa, AZ and Celina for keeping me company while I was waiting the last couple of hours.

Enjoy....comment away!

I didnt look up your build and not sure if you posted one, but please tell me you're not running stock rods on that e90 run

Well, I really doubt he replaced his rods just to make an E90 pull. Just my assumption though.

If you are looking at the torque spike I wouldn't worry too much about it. That is indicative of a improperly setup dynapack dyno. I guarantee you the car doesn't do that on the street.

What should I be expecting on the street as an estimate?

Did you mess with the preload on the WGA at all?

I'd probably say you don't have that 50wtq spike so around 390-380wtq. I'd be more concerned on running that E90 tune with the AFR going 12.5+ out the top.

My guess would be the Asnu FP330E is running out of steam

OP not sure if you saw burn DW just released a 400lph drop in fuel pump. I may switch to this in the future. Also not sure where you’re located in the valley but the Chevron on Val Vista and Broadway has E85 now. Tested it yesterday, comes back to E77-E78. Better than E54 around the rest of the valley

Thanks man! I’ll take a look at the DW 400. I definitely need more fuel.

I’m close to the San Tan mall, but thanks for the notice on the E85 station. I’ll keep that in mind.
