Dan's 347whp 2008 MR 92/meth
 

Dan brought in his 2008 MR recently to have his SST serviced and to clear up some weird break up issues we experienced at the last dyno day. After getting them sorted out, we went right to high boost thanks to his AEM meth kit spraying a mix of 50/50 water and methanol. This MR has all the normal bolt ons you'd expect to find, the aforementioned meth injection, and an ER SST tune to keep the trans happy.

-Intercooler piping
-Synapse diverter valve
-AEM water/methanol kit @100% Meth, 500cc nozzle
-Dw 65c fuel pump
-Dw 1000cc injectors
-AMS wide mouth downpipe
-Test pipe
-Fujitsubo catback exhaust
-Custom LICP
-Innovative LC-1 wideband O2

-English ECU tune
-English SST tune

These pulls were done in 4th gear with the Linx unlocked on the dyno

Owner chime in with complete mod list, numbers seem kinda low with meth for some of the other MRs on here with similar mods and no meth making little more power.:mitsu:

I have asked Dan to chime in with his full mod list. In the meantime one of the reasons its "only" 347whp is it is 50/50 meth and I dont push those tunes. If it was 100% I may have given it a little more timing but this was basically pump timing with more boost. It should also be a tune that he can continuously beat on the car with.

I am the owner and here is the complete mods list. The tune is set to not blow my clutches and motor as they are 100% untouched. I switched from 50/50 to 100% meth as per the tuners request. If you can show other MR's at more power with the same mods i would be interested to see what their tuner did with their maps. GSR's are a different ball game and cannot be compared to the MR in their power figures. Any other questions please let me know.
