2013 GSR 2.4L ATP GTX3576R 93 Octane Dyno

1 Attachment(s)
Finally finished her up! 503hp and 442tq on 93! She's a blast to drive! Can't do a E85 tune unless I do some fuel upgrades. With my current fuel setup I would have only gained around another 25hp before she would have maxed out on E85. Calvin at Dotson Tuning did a great job tuning her. MAPerformance did a nice job on the block and head.

Mods:
AMS Downpipe
AMS FMIC
AMS LICP with Tial BOV
AMS UICP
ATP GTX3576R Stock location turbo
COBB AP V3
COBB EBCS
ETS HFC
ETS V2 Exhaust
GSC Behive Springs
GSC S2 Cams
ID1300 Injectors
MAP 3.5" Intake
MAP Stage 2 2.4L Shortblock (L.A. Sleeves, Wiseco 89mm pistons, MAP I beams, Manley Crank 9.2:1 Compression)
MAP Stage 5 head +1 Valves
MAP Fuel pump holder
Radium fuel rail
Uber Garage stainless cast manifold ported by GrimmSpeed
Walbro 450 on factory harness

Very nice! It looks like that stroker engine has you spooling so much earlier than I had expected. Sounds like a blast to drive! I wish I had that kind of time and money to put into mine :)

its pretty much keeping its boost nice man, are you feeling the turbo to be to laggy?

With the 2.4l it actually feels like it spools quicker then my old MHI and stock block spool. I'll have to look at my old Dyno to confirm, but little to no lag. I kind of wish now that I would have gone with the GTX3582R for the extra top end on the 2.4.

very nice numbers!

Awesome to see how early the 2.4L with S2 cams can spool with that kind of power on 93. I'm planning a very similar build and I would be very happy with those results.

That's a really solid powerband. 300tq over a 5k rpm range, more than half the engine rpm range.

nice numbers!

Sweet! Congrats, it must be a blast to drive now

Currently doing a build incredibly similar to that but I'm planning on going with a 6062 gen 2 bb turbo. How difficult would it be to get your setup to 600hp?

I may be able to get close to 600 out of it if I upgraded the fuel system more and ran E85. Realistically I think I would have to also look at running the upgraded GTX3582R Bolton on E85 or go big turbo and lose bottom end spool.

The spool and power level is nice...
