On my dvd it says I have version 30.94 the UM one. But I used the 30.94 patch and all it does it check disk and then just disappears without doing anything.

What concerns me is that he says he has a Lancer GTS, which I thought had a different version of the NAV.

Also, try powering off the NAV and see if it's working in the background. I know someone on the other forum said that they had to turn it off and the prompt was behind the screen that was up.

I used the ISO recorder and it didn't work. I have the Lancer GTS, but a lot of people with the GTS used this patch and it worked for them.

Just a thought. Have you run the HD unlock procedure?

You shouldn't have to unlock it. In fact, as soon as you put the drive back in it relocks it.

I think that either:

a) the burn is bad (from either bad/incompatible media or bad burner)
or
b) something is different about your unit.

Let's elimitate b) by you posting a picture of your versions info that you get by going to the "secret" menu (look in this thread, you hit two buttons).

Not sure if you can see it clearly because I have a bad camera phone. But thats the version identification menu.
