I have an '03 Lancer ES, i decided to put a new pioneer deck in when i stumbled upon the wiring diagram. i know the usual 12V constant, IGN, and speakers. But what got me was the wires that come from the rheostat (Which rheostat does this affect?) and front ecu. I think that maybe the front ecu powered it because i checked under the passenger compartment fuse box and found NO fuses for the radio and dome light (hence why my dome light longer powers on).

What do i do with the two wires? Just leave them?

Also, my trip odometer works but is reset whenever the car is shut down. but the regular odometer works fine...
