Hey everyone.

I need some help with getting some things straightened out. I have an aftermarket single din radio that came with my evo when I bought it. I recently went it to an audio shop to have them put in the double din radio I purchased and they said they couldn't because I didn't have the brackets.

So two questions.

How is my single din staying put with no brackets?

Also if I do need to get brackets where do I get them from?

You should use the bracket that came with the OEM radio. Should work for both double din and single units.

 

The car came with an aftermarket radio already installed but it's just sitting there with no brackets.
