anybody using this Torque app with an optional OBD2 scanner Bluetooth adapter?

I ordered this adapter below, and i would like to get some pointers if its needs to be, if you guys have one.

PWOW® BLACK Mini Wireless Bluetooth OBD2 OBDII, Intelligent Automobile Fault Diagnosis Apparatus, KW903 On-Board Diagnostic, Fuel Consumption Scan Tool

So i did downloaded the app pro, and the racing add on app for it. Now i am waiting for a shippment to arrive.

Would be great if you guys can give me some how do and how it works feed backs.

Thanks ROb

I'm running it. Got this adapter about two weeks ago:
Amazon.com : iKKEGOL® Bluetooth OBD2 OBDII Scanner Diagnostic Adapter for Android, Ultra Small - Car OBD II Scanner Check Engine Tool for Torque App : Electronics Amazon.com : iKKEGOL® Bluetooth OBD2 OBDII Scanner Diagnostic Adapter for Android, Ultra Small - Car OBD II Scanner Check Engine Tool for Torque App : Electronics
No issues. Even with the Evo X weight entered correctly, my HP calculations are way off. I need to go back through and check all my settings.
There's a MUT plugin for it I keep meaning to try too!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ixrezza.mut_ii
Lots of other plugins and dashboards too. I need a good hour to play with it soon.

this adapter is $19 on amazon with shipping. It is really cheap. As i read it you can even diagnose the car and clear codes etc. that is way cheaper then any OBD2 scanner at autozone lol

I've been using the Torque Pro app with the
BAFX OBDII adapter BAFX OBDII adapter
for a while. Note that this one only works with Android devices. I mainly use it just to log RPM for HPDE video overlays. Since it's one of the longer adapters, a
90 degree extension cable 90 degree extension cable
is a must so that I can tuck it behind the dash. If you got the shorter adapter you shouldn't need to worry about hitting it with your knee.

The app has a lot more features than I care about, although I did use it to read a code last month when my thermostat went bad.

yes i also would like to use this adapter for trackaddict APPs too which supposedly would take the full benefits from this adapter, like rpm speed boost gear etc.

so something like this, but it has so many different config. and gauges etc.

i got it, it is working well. Easy set up for basics. Now i just have to figure it out how to change some additional settings.

It s in visible so just a way i like it. I dont know some settings how to adjust, like the rpm is set for top 4.5K i dont know how to change the display to 8500 rpm... or the gear shift indicator etc. other then that is great. I have AFR - boost - all kinds of pressure measurments , temperatures, engine load , timing etc. GREAT!!!!

sweet. i'll compare it to Harry's Lap Timer. i've been very happy with it, so far. i just need a solid way to mount my phone to use as camera.

**edit. looks like different apps. this one is like a mini RacePak. awesome. i wonder if i can run it along with Harry's. i can't wait to play with it. waiting for my new blue tooth adapter.

now i just need to find a nice firm Cell phone holder , which can hold the cell phone in a good place so this app and the gauges etc actually can help for driving.
Maybe even install a samsung S3 tablet i have to somewhere... lol
