Hey guys,

I have been stumped. My tuner says that the cover gray cap thing is suppose to be there? I am having electrical issues and he chased it down to this plug. Saying that its the cap. Mine is missing the gray cap thing that is in the picture, almost like a connector shield? Excuse my ignorance, Electrical is far from my cup of tea. Is that gray piece that covers the connectors a ground of some sort?

electrical problems are radio not working, tail/brake lights out, reverse not working, dome lights not working. Hopefully someone here knows what this guy is.
