Poll: Boost Level & Mbc

Since the Ecutek is coming out pretty soon, I'm debating on peak boost level setting and whether I should use a manual boost controller. I'm planning to get my car tuned at GTM at Rancho Cucamonga, CA from Sam (He tuned my supercharged 350Z). I'm thinking about peak boost to 26 psi with MBC. Is that too much? What are you guys planning to do?

Mod list before tuning: Buschur Racing Upper and Down intercooler pipes, ETS Intake Kit, ETC FMIC (largest core), RRE Test Pipe, and AMS Catback.

I already have an EBC and hopefully they are able to fix the ECU from being retateded by the EBC. BUt i am getting an AMS intake, AMS FMIC, AMS upper IC pipping, AMS exhaust, AMS test pipe, AMS o2 housing and down pipe.

I would lean towards not using an mbc, at least not at first, and letting the boost control solenoids take care of the boost. That way the boost can be electronically tuned via the ecu by adjusting wastegate duty cycle mapping/ boost targets/ gains, etc. This will net a better taper especially considering the fact that the X has twin solenoids. It may be more finicky with cold weather spiking though, only time will tell. If that's the case then the mbc will be the way to go.
