yes, exactly, c2o is nothing more then an air cooler. it works decently b/c it condences the air which allows more volume of airflow, which in turn allows more fuel....nitrous works so well b/c it allows to add so much more fuel. the nitrous isn't technically the power adder. the extra gas is. the most effective nitrous kits are either wet, or on a motor tuned rich to add fuel. after all hp is all a result of the by-product gasses from the burnt fuel. more fuel=more power.
