Is there a way to get a custom tune by mail?

Sorry new to the turbo world and the evo world but I do not live close to any AWD dynos. Is there a way to get a custom tune via the mail? I would be putting on the MR:

AMS FMIC
UICP
LICP
AMS SRI
GReddy Ti-C exhaust

or is there another solution for these?

Thanks
