greddy turbo timer question

about to buy a greddy turbo timer off of extremepsi.com
the question i have is. Do i still need to buy the 15$ harness or is it included?
The discreption doesnt really say

you dont really need a turbo timer these days...

if you thrash it right before parking then just idle it for a couple of mins before turning off...
