More Nisei Goodies!!! Another teaser...
Long time overdue, but lower pipe is finally going into production.... They tried several different designs on my car and I track-tested the pieces. I've been stress-testing these pipes along with their upcoming intake (also going into final production) for about a month now. Although my pieces are not the finished product, I can attest the quality of the finish will be second to none. One of the best things is that the pipe has plenty of clearance from the clutch slave cylinder... which I know Nisei had a problem with originally....
Another nice relief is the elimination of that ugly top BOV hose. In order to make the BOV disappear, it was necessary to fab the custom intake pipe to mate to the Nisei Lower.
Intake Pipe Pros:
- Perfect fitment with the Nisei Lower
- Perfect fitment with Stock Airbox (for those of you who prefer drop-in filters_
- Elimination of the ugly BOV hose (something I've always had a problem with visually)
- Beautiful funcional pieces
Intake Pipe Cons:
- Intake Pipe is propietary, meaning you HAVE TO RUN the Nisei Intake pipe along with the Nisei lower pipe
- Added cost?
Again, I have no idea how much they will sell this stuff for, but I know that they have always been very reasonable on their pricing... especially considering all the R&D that goes into their products. I've witnessed first hand how much care and attention to details these guys go through...
ETA questions and pricing should be directed towards Nisei!
On to the pictures.... oh and by the way, Everything is going to be Dyno-tested for the skeptics out there as soon as the final production pieces arrive.

I just paid for my UICP by paypal didnt look for another option. Kevin has been real nice, and called me next day after order. The only problem is they are out of UICP right now and waiting to get some more. I ordered the Stealth Matte Black UICP it loos sooooo niiicee. The red looks sweet on red evo.
I agree with Noize though stock air box FTW with a drop in. I think Perrin is coming out with same thing.
Im worried about A/C fan with the open element intakes also. Easiest solution stay stock airbox and buy a 32 dollar HKS hybrid filter

They are going to be setting up a merchant account soon I think... They used to sell their products through distributorship so they never had that problem, but they are selling direct now (or for the time being).... In the meantime, Paypal is the quickest way to go.
