6262 or GT35R Opinion...

I am curious what you guy think is a better all around turbo. I know the GT35R is a proven winner. The 6262 is newer tech. Any durability issues w/ the 6262? Is it true the 6262 has the spool up of a 61 but makes the power of a older 67? What would you pick? Thanks.

the 6262 is a killer turbo.. hard to beat a turbo that spools quick and makes enough power to run 8's in a street car.. not to mention they are priced right.. we have 2 in stock always if you decide on it..

Before you get ANY turbo be sure you understand the workings of your pick . Driveability is something which not many talk about but after people spend tons of cash on set-s they end-up with a car that makes 600hp but is NOTHING like what the customer wanted or invisioned . When selecting aturbo keep in mind what you're using the car for , is it a track/drag car ONLY or are you looking for a daily driver that make 550hp without too much lag . You may sometimes find that maybe something like a red may be a better option . if i had to pick on of those two I would go with the 6262 for its price .

Thanks Guys...

I picked up a 6262 this week for the TTA. I was very curious concerning your opinions. Thanks for the quick replies and friendly advice.
