What Now? Help/Advice Requested

I'd like to get some opinions/advice on what might be my next best move. After looking at some of the results others have gotten with similar mods to mine, I'm pretty convinced there's more power to be obtained up top on my current set-up. For reference (and most recent dyno pulls):

E85 Tuned
AP short ram intake
AGP hard pipes
AGP DBE exhaust
Hallman Pro MBC
AUS 1000cc injectors
Walbro 255lph HP FP
Prosport Boost Gauge
AEM Wideband
Stock WGA tightened all the way down

Boost is at 27 psi peak and tapers to 18psi @ redline (sorry, no boost curve).

My hp curve doesn't have the typical peak I see around 5500 on similar setups still on the stock turbo. I suspect there's more boost to be obtained around that mark. It's possible it could be in the tuning, but I'm not convinced. So here's what I'm considering:

1. Ditch the MBC and use a 3-port solenoid, retune
2. Ditch the stock WGA and use a 19psi WGA
3. AMS Downpipe (most expensive option)
4. Try another tuner

I'm leaning heavily towards option 1, maybe option 2 in addition to or instead. I'm not too crazy about option 3 due to the money and the PITA install. 4 is always an option, but I have no real complaints about my tuner and I really like him (I know, friends and business don't mix ). Thanks in advance all.

Downpipe always helps but yes I would go with a 3-port instead of a MBC.

in AZ, I'd strongly consider an intercooler as well. I'd def. get rid of the MBC and... I'd also loosen up the wastegate. I think you might actually be hurting yourself there.

Hurting myself by pushing the turbo too far outside its efficiency curve?
