Subscribed. It looks like you follow most of the same steps for the 8/9 but does anyone know of any differences or another thread that talks about this for the 8/9? I tried to searching but didn't find anything nearly this detailed.

we do quite a few e85 conversions around here with the map switching. it helps that there are quite a few e85 stations in the DFW metroplex though

Installing the flex fuel sensor will require some though as it has a 5/16 fitting and a 3/8 fuel fitting on it (you'll need another adapter, or use one of the lines that you cut to install the fuel filter.

The website says the flex sensor's maximum lph is 200. That's too little. Wouldn't the bottleneck kill your e85 delivery? Pity, I love my Zr-2

You could always run a two line system. T if off before sensor, run small line to sensor that recombines with main line before rail somewhere.

I'm no expert but there's no terminator it's only 1 T-off. I think you'd need to the continuous pressure. Without it you'd be below the 300 lph and your performance would suck.

Please someone alot smarter than me prove or disprove

at what point do you need to run a bigger fuel rail with e85? i'm planning on a red build. also, will a single 255 and 1300 injectors be enough for the red? thanks
