CBRD Manifold Installed 500+WHP On The FP RED

First off all, I would like to thank the crew of HB Speed for the quality of service and customer support and satisfaction.

If you would like to have some modification done to your EVO, be sure to hit them up, you wont be dissapointed.

I would also like to thank Chad @CBRD for getting the Manifold shipped out to me very quickly for my tuning date.

The car made an extra 40whp and 40wtq with just the Manifold upgrade on the RED running E85 boosting at 28PSI

Higher boost does not equate to more HP, just keep that in mind.

Unfortunately my Fusible link box took a crap on the dyno. Good thing I got the problem resolved by purchasing another one at the dealership for around $20 bucks the other day.

On the Dyno they said it was hitting around 507whp - 510whp at some point during the tuning sesion.

I have rescheduled my tuning appointment so that Jon can finalize my E85 map, and maybe extract another 10whp on the FP Red with my current mods. 520whp on the RED is very possible.

I believe Jons car is making around 520whp+ with his setup, he also tested the CBRD Manifold at the time attack and it worked out very good.

Dyno Graphs to follow but like I said Jon did not get to finish or finalize the tune becuase of a faulty Fusible Link Box. Hopefully it wont die on me again when I bring the car back to finalize my E85 tune.

Hopefully they will be posting the graph very soon so that I can compare the gains with my previous tune. As soon as they post it I will update this thread so just keep checking it from time to time.

If you guys have any questions in regards to the Manifold be sure to hit up HB Speed.

Great gains on that manifold combo, lays to rest any doubts that this upgrade can give good gains on a moderately sized turbo upgrade when the design is right!
