If you have access to it run AMSoil. If you don't have access to it I would say go with Valvoline VR1 since it will be more available. It's also approved by FP for use in their turbos and warrenty.

 

Is it bad that i've had my car since 2010 and I have over 46000 miles on it and I only now get my first UOA? This is all due to moving houses, losing the little blackstone oil container (with oil in it!) and just forgetting to take another sample everytime i change my oil. well if anyone is still waiting for results, here they are...

I have 46215 miles now, I'm still using the walmart 5 quart jugs of castrol edge 5w-30 (used to be syntec) I've been changing oil at 3,000 mile intervals since i've had the car. this oil sample had about 3200 miles. I've always used the oem mitsubishi oil filter.
