I had decent luck with the Works BOV which is a slightly uprated stock BOV that holds around 30 psi and has stock drivability. Why I switched from that I have no idea but I guess I wanted to run 30-34 psi eventually on E85.

I recently "upgraded" to a Tial QR recirculating BOV and honestly it made the car hard to drive at ~20 psi with my current GTX30 turbo. What seems to be happening is the turbo is trying to force more air into the engine than it wants to use so the BOV flutters open and closed rapidly if you go to 20 psi and attempt to hover around there.

This is at around 210 load and 45% TPS and causing the car to be a nightmare on the road courses for transition turns. For now I've dialed back the exhaust MIVEC and that seems to make it bearable but none of this was an issue with the stock BOV. I'm using an 8 psi spring which was more workable than an 11 psi spring it came with where it was bucking the car like a bronco.

Hope that helps!
