Rear diff making loud noise!!
Rear diff making loud noise!!
I had my rear differential upgraded and an AMS billet aluminum rear diff mount installed and when I decelerate the rear makes the loudest sound I've ever heard. Has anyone else experienced this?
You gotta be more descriptive of the sound, but heres what I think:
Its probably a vibration. Thats why from the factory they use a rubber bushing so it can absorb those vibrations. Correct me if I'm wrong somebody?

I sounds like drone times 10. Very irritating! I hope it's just the AMS billet piece that is causing the noise.
Then I bet that's exactly what it is.
