A friend of mine has offered me a good deal on these brand new in the box. Now my car is still daily driven and I have read about these cracking. I might just take the chance heat wrap em and give it a shot. Any one else daily driving there evo with this exhaust manifold?

 

Change the title to exhaust manifold not headers lol I mess that up all the time.

 

I have DD mine for 10k miles now and no cracks. The black cerimanic coating did wear off in about 1k miles tho.

 

Seems like a decent compromise between a ported stocker and a long-runner. They aren't made in-house, but I think MAP still backs them up with a warranty.

 

You drive yours everyday? Through winter yet or no? I think I'll be safe heat wrapping em.

No i dont DD it in the winter. I only have been dd'ing it the past 2-3 months. About to put it away for the winter and bust out the winter beater. I might sell my entire setup and got with a T3 setup this winter. IDK yet tho.
