Cusco 1 or 1.5way RS front diff for SST

Cusco 1 or 1.5way RS front diff for SST
Has anyone done this conversion yet?
i believe the part is LSD 453F for the SST
and i *think* there is a different 1/1.5 way LSD 453C / 453C15
It's very hard to get decent info on these parts....
does anyone know what the difference is between the F and the C models? Something to do with the cam setting?
I'm kinda sorta looking at a front diff waaay down the track, as my car is pretty much my weekend plaything/track car, and just doing some research.

lol yeah i know 
I'm trying to look around for "upgrades" to the OEM system. Not really interested in a "sidegrade".
hence the research!!
eg i know a few guys have used the Ralliart (i think group N spec?) front diff with excellent results. Helps haul them out of corners better without spinning up an inside wheel.
