500 whp turbo
Well 500whp kinda pushing it on stock block but its achieveable with a an FP Black or T3 turbo kit with all the right supporting mods
But even then you still don't know how long your motors gonna last

Boost, more fuel and stronger parts. A lot of power can be made in a tune as well. Stand alone isn't necessarily a must but it would be a big help, especially if you don't want to run at max boost all the time. But like the above poster said, research. If you are serious you should talk to someone at a shop about what you want.
http://sheptrans.com/ I am at 520 whp on pump and probably 700+ on E85. Stock ECU and stock tran. Eventually I will upgrade but right now it's holding up just fine. Def talk to a shop.

built block
ef3 if e85
ef4 if pump
or you can go with a t3 turbo kit from ams, ets, etc...
but honestly if you really have to ask this, find a reputable evo tuner in your area and go talk to him... your location is showing up as texas, not sure what part you're in but there are a bunch of capable shops in texas, maybe post in the regional forum for a good shop near where you live
