Is there a plug with nothing plugged into it?

So I finally found the sensor. It's way up in the front. the easiest way to access it was from the driver's footwell.
I replaced it and recalibrated it and I'm still having the same problem with the same code coming up. I noticed that when the asc service light comes on that the center diff on the sawc display still works and I can still change tarmac gravel etc modes but I can't go through the various stages of asc off on the dash to the left of the steering wheel and the car with squiggly lines stays lit up until I turn the car off, any ideas on what this might be? I'm starting to think I may be going nuts, could a bad pump behave like this?
P. S. Below is a pic of the sensor for people looking for it.

another update. Now that it is warmer, I've driven two full days on it in weather above 45 degrees and the issues hasn't happened. About 20-25 pulls in total, so it seems that it is temperature dependent. Also, boost was the same on both cold and warm days (my tune adjusts the wgdc) per IAT. So, it doesn't seem to be tune or overboost related. I also noticed that when i do a pull and the light come on that the car seems like it is shimmying laterally when the light comes on, almost like clutches or something in the center diff are hitting (that's a total guess). Any ideas with this new info?

That could mean it's power dependent. Car makes more power when it's cold out. So it's actually G force dependent. The sensor either goes out of range in the higher G region, or something else is going on.
