Tensioner Pulley Advice

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on replacing my serpentine belt tensioner pulley? Its got a lot of movement and is causing some pretty bad belt chrip. Looking at part numbers, it looks like I can just order the pulley because the actual tensioner seems to be fine and belt tension looks good.

My main question is, has anyone done this before that could give me a run through or some insight? Engine out? Or is it doable engine in? Special tools? There isn't a lot of clearance in there.

Thanks for the help!
