Unhappy turbo dropped to 7 psi of 20 help!!
I have an evo x 400hp, My car was 3 months stopped due to a hidden problem in the mechatronic (it was opened 5 times the clutch discs) was made the exchange of the mechatronic and my car went back to walk, however, the turbo is now weak, limited to 7psi I have already investigated the tubes and connections, there is no error in the panel, I do not know what I do, Mitsubishi mechanic does not know similar cases, does not know what to do Have some tips? They suspect that the tuning has spoiled

not sure what tuning spoiled means. Have you checked vacuum hoses? wastegate? plugged exhaust?
