BR EVO X, weight information.
I started weighing and comparing some things this morning. I don't have a huge list compiled yet but will work on it as I go. I will keep updating this. We are using our digital corner scales to measure each part.

looks good, dang i didn't know the spare tire and bolts weighed that much.
i like it when i see an after market part that adds power and loses weight. |

Well realistically hes not taking all that weight off since parts do have to be put back on. Shaves a few pounds here and there
|
Can't count the FMIC and IC Pipe as there was no weight given for there replacements so it works out to around 114lbs saved.
|
Any ballpark figures, for the weight of the BR FMIC?
|
The savings is much smaller than you guys are coming up with. The aftermarket parts have to be subtracted from the stock parts.

Very informative post, thank you{thumbup} I still get about 109lbs even adding your parts back in, minus whatever your intercooler weighs.
|
This is going to be a tough car to get very light without cutting it up. It really needs some weight taken out of it.
Our FMIC core is going to be heavy. I am using a large core in the car and should have it in there next week. |
Can we get a sticky with this information saved please?
|
It's a sticky on our site PDX, www.buschurracing.com Just go to the forums and then to the EVO X section.
