Nisei LICP with stock intake?
I want to get the LICP from Nisei, but I'm not sure which one to get. I want one that works with the stock intake piping if possible. I didn't want to have to change that right now. I just wanted the dropin for now. Anyone know which number to get?

i think you just order the LICP/Intake Kit and it can be used with the stock intake. All the intake kit is relocate the BOV and give the engine a cleaner look. Are u not wanting to change just the intake piping or the intake itself?
Here is a link for the LICP/Intake Pipe: http://www.maxumtechnologies.com/ind...&cPath=2_22_24 here he is running it with the stock airbox. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...er-teaser.html |

I ended up finding this too. I think I'll be going with this. I actually may run that bigass filter as well. Who knows.

Does anyone have a link to the giant intake filter with flowstack that I've seen with the intake piping?

I have the nisei lower pipe and turbo inlet with the stock airbox and an hks drop in.

I'm not sure how the intake pipe would mess with your idle. AFAIK, it mostly gets rid of the "crinkles" in the stock flex pipe. I'd think that would give you smoother airflow (which, if it increases overall flow, the MAF should register). Sounds like more power potential.
Are there downsides to using a smoother intake pipe I'm just not seeing here? |

All the ones on the link you provided include the intake pipe. I didn't want to change the pipe for the intake really. I figured it could mess with my idle and other things. If it won't affect anything, then I'm fine with it. I just kinda like the oem setup.
